How long does shipping take?
Australia: Express Delivery 1-3 business days, Standard Delivery 2-5 business days.
USA: Express Delivery 2-5 business days, Standard Delivery 5-9 business days.
Rest of world: Express Delivery 2-5 business days, Standard Delivery 6-15 business days.
Free shipping: Free Standard Delivery on orders over $79 USD.
Where's my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link for your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number on our Track your order page, or log in to your account to see every order and its tracking. Still stuck? Email Contact@BrighterWhite.com with your order number.
What payment methods can I pay with?
We accept most major credit cards & PayPal of any currency. Other payment methods are also available if you are unable to pay via credit card or PayPal - for this please email us at Contact@BrighterWhite.com asking for an alternate payment method.
How long do results take?
This will depend on your starting tooth shade and goal shade, however users typically achieve their desired shade within 2-7 days of 30-60 minute daily applications.
How long do results last for?
This will depend on the foods & liquids you regularly consume. Generally, results last with one application every 2-4 weeks after you achieve your desired tooth shade.
Will this whiten crowns & artificial teeth?
No, our products will only be able to whiten natural teeth/the parts of your teeth which are natural.
Is it safe?
Used as directed, our gels are designed for at-home use from age 12. If you have dental work, gum problems or ongoing sensitivity, check with your dentist first.
Will this cause teeth sensitivity?
When our products are used as recommended, teeth sensitivity is not common. If your teeth feel tender, take a day off and use the desensitising gel after your session.
How old do you have to be?
We recommend a minimum age of 12 years old to use our products.
What are the ingredients?
Our Advanced Teeth Whitening Gel listed ingredients are as follows: Glycerin, Urea Peroxide, Propylene Glycol, Xylitol, Carbomer, Mentha Piperita Oil, Triethanolamine, Aqua.
Please note customers from Germany only will receive our Non-Peroxide version which contains the following listed ingredients: Glycerine, Deionized water, Carbopol, Triethanolamine, Sodium Perborate.
How does it work?
Our products will remove most stains with a gentle action that whitens your teeth. As our Teeth Whitening Gel is broken down, oxygen acts upon the stained organic deposits, which oxidizes them into a white colour. This process brings both the intrinsic and extrinsic parts of the tooth closer to its natural pearly white.
Which kit should I choose?
The difference between our kits is the number of applications in each, plus 2 currently come with Free Teeth Whitening Pens. Therefore your choice should be based on how long you plan to use our products for.
Are your products cruelty free & vegan friendly?
Yes! All of our products are Vegan Friendly, Cruelty Free, Kosher, BPA Free & Gluten Free!
