We ship worldwide from Australia. Your order is processed after payment is confirmed, and you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once it is on its way.

These are transit-time estimates in business days, counted from dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or other fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking and delays
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or our Track your order page. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or tracking has not updated for a while, email Contact@BrighterWhite.com with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Address errors and returned parcels
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, and you ask for a refund, we will refund the order total minus the postage incurred: $4.95 for Australian orders and $9.95 for international orders.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund policy.
