Every BrighterWhite order comes with a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, and we send you another update when your parcel is out for delivery and when it arrives.
Can't find the email? Log in with the address you used at checkout. No password needed: we send you a six-digit code and you'll see every order with its live tracking.
Delivery times
Australia: Express 1 to 3 business days. Standard 2 to 5 business days.
Everywhere else: Express 2 to 5 business days. Standard 6 to 15 business days.
Standard delivery is free on orders over $79 USD. Express upgrades are shown at checkout.
Something not right?
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, or the parcel shows as delivered and you don't have it, email Contact@BrighterWhite.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
