Questions, answered
Will it make my teeth sensitive?
When used as recommended, teeth sensitivity is not common. The Value Pack includes 2 desensitising gels. If your teeth feel tender, take a day off and use the desensitising gel the same way and for the same time as the whitening gel, without the LED light.
How long does each session take?
30 to 60 minutes with the trays in and the LED light on, once or twice a day. Once you're happy with your smile, one session every 2-4 weeks helps keep it that way.

How long do results take?

Will it whiten crowns, veneers or fillings?
No. It only whitens natural teeth (the natural parts of your teeth). Crowns, veneers and fillings stay as they are.
Is it safe?
Used as directed, our gels are designed for at-home use from age 12. If you have dental work, gum problems or ongoing sensitivity, check with your dentist first.

What's your returns policy?
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you can choose a refund or a replacement, and we cover reasonable return postage.
Change of mind: email Contact@BrighterWhite.com within 7 days of delivery, before sending anything back. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original state (mouth trays that have been in water can't be returned for hygiene reasons), and partial returns of a kit aren't accepted.
