Shipping & Payment

We deliver worldwide! Our delivery options and transit estimates are as below:

Please note that these are transit-time estimates. International deliveries may incur customs fee's/additional charges during their transit, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds & Returns

BrighterWhite is proud to offer a 7 day exchange back guarantee for any item that is deemed defective provided it is returned in it's original state. Partial returns will not be accepted. This also applies to mouth trays, no mouth tray will be replaced/refunded once it has been submerged in water. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any return shipping costs and any fees which may be incurred during transit. If an item needs to be returned, you must email Contact@BrighterWhite.com.au first and describe the problem. Should an Australian or International parcel be returned to our facility for whatever reason and a refund is requested, we will be able to refund the total figure minus the postage incurred, this figure incurred is $4.95 for Australian orders and $9.95 for International orders.

Pricing

All prices listed are exclusive of postage and handling charges. BrighterWhite reserves the right to altar any pricing without notice whilst we also reserve the right to cancel any orders where there has been an error on our website and an incorrect price has been displayed. In this case, all payments will be refunded.

Terms of Product Use

This website does not serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, this website is solely an online store for specialty beauty and oral products. Teeth whitening fades with time and any unexpected results may be reversible, please consult your physician or health care practitioner if any unexpected results occur. Teeth whitening products will not whiten any dental work (crowns, veneers, cavities, bridges, etc.). BrighterWhite should not be used if you are under 13 years of age, pregnant, have current/previous health problems, periodontal disease or gums that are in less than average condition, experience high teeth sensitivity, wear braces, have had recent oral surgery, have decaying teeth, have roots that are exposed, have jaw problems or any other dental issues. It is the users responsibility to check all ingredients of any product prior to application to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

Lost Parcels

BrighterWhite accepts no responsibility for any lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking will be available via the Australia post and DHL website. It is the customers responsibility to contact Australia post on 13 13 18 to file a parcel investigation or DHL on 13 14 06 in the event that a parcel is taking an abnormally long time.
